AQUACUT operates a single head table with a bed size of 3000 x 1800 mm allowing us to cut a wide variety of sized jobs covering thicknesses up to 70 mm but also including jobs of .1mm for brass shims and the like. The advantage of getting your job cut by AQUACUT Waterjet cutting is that this is a very precise cutting system reducing the need to machine parts…the size you need is the size we deliver. The CAD programme takes care of every detail - allowing for peace of mind with your job. PLASMA CUTTING While Waterjet cutting is very precise, some parts may not need to have that level of perfection. For those parts, we also have a plasma cutter - enabling us to cut quickly and inexpensively through your problems.
Our Punch & Shear machine operator is there for all those fiddley repetitive jobs that can be cut as effectively without water ,plasma or laser. This additional option means that we are a one stop shop for many companies.
After you have had your parts cut with AQUACUT - you might need to have them welded to finish off your job. Maybe your normal welding service is taking too long - or is off sick. AQUACUT provides a prompt welding service for aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel using either MIG or TIG depending on the application. We pride ourselves on our quality control and timely completion of your job.

Our High Definition Plasma cutter is able to handle lengths of up to 3 metres and with its advanced arc voltage torch height control, is able to provide both reduced cycle times and reduced kerf angle. Again it is run from a DXF file, enabling us to programme your job to maximise use of material as well as using the most efficient cutting method. "
